These Terms and Conditions (the Terms) govern access to and use of the website available at medijskamreza.rs (the Website), and the relationship between any visitor to the Website (the User) and the company identified below (the Company, we or us).
By accessing and using the Website, the User confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms. If the User does not agree with these Terms, they must stop using the Website.
1. Service provider details
In accordance with the Serbian Law on Electronic Commerce, the details of the publisher and owner of the Website are:

2. Subject matter and nature of the Website
The Website is the official corporate presentation of the Company as a publishing and media house. Its primary purpose is to present the Company, its publications, portals and other media content and activities that the Company publishes or issues.
The Website is informational in nature. It is not a point of sale, it does not allow registration of user accounts, and it does not enable the conclusion of contracts for the sale of goods or services online. The only interactive feature of the Website is the contact form described in Section 5 of these Terms.
Note: certain publications and portals of the Company (e.g. daily newspapers and their online portals) are available on separate domains and may have their own terms of use and privacy policies. These Terms apply solely to the Website medijskamreza.rs.
3. Use of the Website
The User undertakes to use the Website in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia, these Terms and in good faith. In particular, the User undertakes not to:
- take any action that may damage, disable or overload the Website or the infrastructure on which it operates;
- attempt unauthorized access to any part of the Website, server or related systems;
- use automated tools (bots, scripts, scraping tools) without the prior written consent of the Company;
- use the content of the Website in a manner that infringes the intellectual property rights of the Company or third parties;
- submit through the contact form any content that is unlawful, offensive, misleading or that infringes the rights of third parties.
4. Intellectual property
All content published on the Website, including texts, photographs, graphic elements, logos, trademarks, design, layout and arrangement of pages, as well as software solutions, is protected by intellectual property rights and is owned by the Company or used under appropriate authorization.
Reproduction, distribution, public communication, modification or any other form of commercial use of the Website content is not permitted without the prior written consent of the Company, except to the extent permitted by applicable law.
The name and logo of the Company, as well as the names of the publications and portals issued by the Company, are protected marks and may not be used without authorization.
5. Contact form
The Website includes a contact form through which the User may send a message to the Company. By using the contact form, the User provides certain personal data (e.g. name and e-mail address) which the Company processes in order to receive and respond to the inquiry.
The processing of personal data submitted through the contact form is governed in detail by a separate document, the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of the Website regulations and is available on the Website.
6. Links to external websites
The Website may contain links to other websites, including the Company’s portals and publications on separate domains, as well as third-party websites. The Company does not control the content of external websites and is not responsible for their content, availability, or their terms of use and privacy policies.
The User accesses external websites at their own risk.
7. Availability of the Website and disclaimer of liability
The Company makes reasonable efforts to keep the Website content accurate and up to date, but does not guarantee that the content is complete, accurate or current at all times. The Website content is provided for informational purposes only.
The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted and error-free availability of the Website and reserves the right to modify, temporarily suspend or discontinue the Website or parts of it at any time, without prior notice, for maintenance, improvement or other reasons.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Website.
8. Protection of personal data
The Company processes personal data in accordance with the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection and, where applicable, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Details of the processing are set out in the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy, both available on the Website.
9. Amendments to the Terms
The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The amended Terms take effect upon publication on the Website. By continuing to use the Website after the amendments are published, the User is deemed to have accepted the amended Terms. Users are advised to review the current version of the Terms periodically.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and all relationships arising from them are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent court in Belgrade.
